Online Courses

I’ve developed a couple of online courses, with a few more in the works.

Currently I offer a Yin Yoga for Beginners course, where you will gain the knowledge and confidence to modify and adjust yoga poses to best suit you and your goals. You’ll also be given the tools to start or develop your own home practice.

I also offer a Yoga for Cyclists course, where we focus on those muscles most influence by cycling. A great course no matter the experience level.

On-Demand Classes

Each week I publish a new FREE online yoga class – I call this the Wednesday weekly! These are on-demand Yoga classes that you can watch at any time from anywhere. Sign up to my email list if you would like to keep updated.

Attending your first public yoga class can be a little daunting. It’s completely natural to feel this way when trying something new and unknown. Online yoga sessions are a great way to help give you an idea of what to expect in your first class.

Online classes are also a great way to try a new yoga teacher or new style of yoga (maybe giving a Yin or yoga Nidra class a try). I’ve provided a range of different class lengths, from just 10 minutes all the way to full class lengths. Each with different themes or focusing on different areas. This means you can easily pick a class to fit you availability and your needs.

Online Private Classes

If public or on-demand classes aren’t for you, I also offer private classes. Try yoga 1-2-1 or aa private class with a group of friends or family. These can be online via Zoom or Skype, or outdoors in-person (max of 5 students).
