Feeling a little overwhelmed, stressed or anxious? This on-demand, online yoga retreat is for anyone looking for some well deserved ‘me time’ to unwind, rest, relax and restore.

The retreat can be completed at your own pace and in your own time. I’ll run through any retreat prep (such as what household items you can use as props and assistance in scheduling your retreat days/ optional activities) to fully prepare you to get the most out of your home retreat.

You will energise the body in the morning with some wake up, morning yoga practices, and calm the mind in the evening with some relaxing and restorative practices. You’ll also have plenty of optional activities you can add into your day.
