Guided Relaxation for Sleep

The relaxation will end after I say, “Sleep well” three times. This is so if you drift off to sleep, you can remain asleep and won’t be disturbed by the end of the practice.

No props needed, however feel free to use blanket or pillows if you like. The practice is usually done lying down on your back – however feel free to take any other comfortable position for you. You can even listen to this relaxation while in bed.

The relaxation is designed to be listened to just before going to bed. However, feel free to listen to it whenever if convenient to you.
